Feature Film: Axe Murdering with Hackley
Are you into the slasher film hayday? How about that genius TV show "The Office?" How about both of those things at once? If you're a fan of Evil Dead, Scary Movie, or Monty Python and know the tropes from those old serial killer horror films, you'll get it. Watch it at one of the links below.
** Interesting side-note! Our film was added to the Edinburgh University Press text book "21st CENTURY HORROR" by Steve Jones for use at Northumbria University film studies.
The blurb:
Since 1980, Hackley's reign of terror has personified fear as he's axed his way through hundreds of screaming teenagers. Now, he struggles in a modern cube-farm office with an incompetent manager, rival slashers, and overbearing rules.

Stop Motion Animation
I first became interested in filmmaking in the mid-90s, but the interest didn't come from screenwriting or the great movies that were being made at the time. It came from Czech stop motion animators like Jan Svankmajer. The whole Czech surrealistic aesthetic drew me in, and it wasn't long before I was doing my own animations. I present here two short films; one is my first from 20+ years ago, and the other is the most recent. Though animation eventually developed into a love for live-action filmmaking, I still love stop-mo and will never stop working with the art form.
