Got notes back from editor on Good Night!

After much digging, I found an editor I felt comfortable sending my work. He just got back to me with the edit notes! I didn't tell him where I thought the problems were and just let him read it. It's interesting reading these notes and seeing many of the same issues, and even though he didn't tell me how to fix them, he did say things that jarred loose my clogged up noodle. There's something about the back-and-forth that can get the train running again, even if it's not always new information. I can already see a better story taking shape, and I haven't even started typing yet.
